I earned a Masters in Teaching Degree from Washington State University in 1997.  I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts and Drama. I began teaching in 1997 and have been at Laurin Middle School since 1998.  Currently, I am teaching art.  In the spring, I am the choreographer and advisor for Laurin's Drill Team.  In my spare time, I play indoor and outdoor soccer, I enjoy spending time with my niece, and I work outdoors on my yard.
