The 7th grade students of Jr. CAM conduct water quality tests on the East Fork of the Lewis River at Lewisville Park, just north of Battle Ground, WA. This page provides images, information, and links concerning the East Fork watershed.

Information about the East Fork of the Lewis River watershed is available from a variety of sources, including county, state, and federal agencies. Washington Department of Ecology - East Fork Lewis River TMDL information. "The East Fork Lewis River and its tributaries are listed on the 303(d) list of impaired water bodies for high instream temperatures and fecal coliform bacteria problems. Waterbodies placed on the 303(d) list require the preparation of a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) to identify and quantify sources of the impairments and to recommend implementation strategies for reducing point and nonpoint source loads."

USGS - Water Resources of Washington State: Cowlitz and Lewis River Basin. Monitor streamflow using information from the East Fork Lewis River stream gauge near Heisson (river mile 20.3).
