Goals/philosophy
To facilitate a classroom environment conducive to a variety of learning styles, emphasizing activities to engage students.  Critical thinking skills and students learning to take ownership of their own education are also important components.

Free time
Travel, theater, movies, reading and enjoying the outdoors.

Family
We are blessed with three grown children, one daughter and two sons.  My husband and I also have three grandchildren, 2 boys and 1 girl.
