Welcome back. This statement means so much to everyone after a well deserved summer. As we enter into the 2009-2010 school year everyone is excited about meeting new friends, new teachers, and their new school supplies. This holds true for all of us at Glenwood.
As we plan for the new year we try our best to hold true to our core beliefs that we create and maintain a safe, welcoming environment, create a high level of positive community involvement, and continue to improve in reading, writing and math for all of our students. These are our continuing goals and imbedded everything we do at Glenwood.
Our web site is just one way we strive to keep everyone informed. Please look through the site and hopefully you will find some valuable information. Also, there are always information pieces coming home in “backpack mail” with your students. As always, if you have questions or suggestions please do not hesitate to contact our school.

Important Information
Our world famous Cubby Choir will be showing off their talents this December. Come to the school on December 17th @ 6:30pm to see a wonderful show by our 4th grade singers. This amazing group of students is lead by Mrs. Cory Pierce, possibly the best music teacher in the land. Come on by and listen to the music of the season.
